My Story

Do you ever find yourself feeling isolated in a bustling room, overwhelmed by the uncertainties of life? Struggling to navigate through the aftermath of traumatic experiences can be incredibly daunting. It's natural to desire strength, to face our battles head-on, and to keep moving forward. However, trauma often complicates this journey, especially in today's rapidly changing world. In these challenging times, questions like "What's wrong with me?" or "Why can't my loved ones accept me?" may weigh heavily on your mind. But remember, you're not alone. Seeking help, though daunting, is an act of courage worth celebrating.

As a humanistic therapist, I take a holistic approach to your well-being, addressing psychological (mind), physiological (body) and spiritual (spirit) aspects of your experience. I integrate my unique personality and life experiences into our sessions to create an experiential, meaningful, and engaging therapeutic environment. I firmly believe in the strength of the human spirit and our ability to unlock the inherent power within us.

I utilize mindfulness, motivational interviewing, self-expression, perspective-taking, and nervous system regulation techniques to help you manage stress and enhance your overall well-being, if you are interested. I also pull from Existential & Systemic theories to help you understand how your choices, beliefs, and experiences impact your emotional well-being and relationships. My integrative approach allows me to support individuals in navigating and healing from deep trauma while addressing their holistic needs for profound and lasting recovery.

Upon entering my office, you'll find a welcoming space filled with natural light, lively plants, and a warm, compassionate atmosphere—free of judgment. If you are interested, let's chat!
