Trauma and life circumstances do not have to define your life. With over 17 years of experience working with mental health and substance use disorders, I can assist you in healing from adversity and pain. I work with teens, adults, and families. I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to each client, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Art Therapy, and many more. I have a specialization in Addiction, as well as providing supervision for young professionals.
