Congratulations on taking this step towards making a change for a better life! As your counselor, I will welcome you and accept you without judgment. I will support you and help you navigate the challenges you will face while working to make those positive changes that will lead to a happier, more fulfilling life.
I strive to help people overcome the trauma and habitual behaviors that continue to hold them back from living a fulfilling life. I have knowledge and experience working with a variety of populations and settings. I work with teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families.
One of the best things about therapy is that you do not have to walk a difficult path alone. I will be there with you to encourage you and help you figure out each new step until you feel ready to do it independently.
